About Beavco

Beavco Car Guide is a free, independent guide to private used-car sales in California.

Beavco is run by Thomas Beaver of Auburn, California, who also runs Tom's Mini Mall, a free local classifieds site. Every page here is written from official sources, which are listed at the bottom of each page.

Beavco is not part of the California DMV or any government agency, and it doesn't sell cars or charge for anything. Rules and fees change: always confirm with the DMV before you buy or sell. This guide is general information, not legal advice.
